About Me
We know life can throw things at us when we least expect it and this can cause us to struggle to make sense of it all. We can be confused by our feelings of stress and anxiety, as these become heightened. Sometimes talking to someone in a safe environment and without judgement can help to start to make sense of the confusion you are feeling and the unexplained emotions that can feel overwhelming and leave you feeling alone.

My experiences include my own private practice based in South Birmingham, and working for the Priory Wellbeing Centre in Birmingham City Centre as a Clinical Lead and Integrative Therapist. I also worked within the NHS profession as a dispenser for 13 years and a Charity organisation for 5 years.

At times we can all face difficulties and through my work, I have experience of working with a range of issues including Depression, Self-Harm & Bereavement and Addiction. I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist who works within the BACP Ethical Framework and am fully insured. I offer long term or short term counselling dependent on individual needs.
